How do I get started?
Simply select the type of ad you want and complete the brief questionnaire that follows. We will generally review your site within 24 business hours and contact you by email. Upon acceptance, we will send you a link that will allow you to specify the details of your ad, and begin the payment process.

How will I know exactly where my ad will be placed?
The pages for our banners, coupons, featured sites and sponsored links describe where ad space is available on a given page or section of our site. You may also refer to our Ad Layout Guide.

Can anyone advertise on your site?
Well, not anyone. We do not accept advertising that includes adult content, "get rich quick" or multi-level marketing themes, "investigate anyone" software or sites with automated "pop up" ads. We review all requests in advance for suitability for our community audience and accept them at our discretion.

Can I "mix and match" different types of ads?
Yes! You are free to tailor your campaign as you like, as long as it fits within our defined parameters and you pay for each order separately.

Your pricing gives monthly or bi-monthly rates. Can I advertise for longer periods?
Yes. You can increase the "quantity" of your ad when making payment. That will extend the length of time your ad will run. You can also renew your ad by ordering it again.

How do I pay for my ad?
All payments are conveniently and securely done online through our partnership with PayPal.

Does the San Fernando Valley Marketplace provide ad statistics or online monitoring?
No, but you are free to use your own tracking analysis software. Just provide us with your tracking URL when you order.

I don't have a website. Can I still advertise?
Yes. If your business or service is local to the San Fernando Valley, you can order a Coupon Ad.
